5. 2 Months Most Current Bank Statements for All Accounts (All Pages)

6. Investment Account/401K and Retirement Statements (Most Current, All Pages)

7. Homeowners Insurance Agent Name and Number

8. Copy of Mortgage Statement

9. Proof of Taxes/Insurance/HOA - Other Properties


VA Loans

  • Copy of DD-214
  • Certificate of Eligibility


  • Proof of Income for Non-Borrowing Household Members

If Retired

  • Social Security Award Letter
  • Pension Award Letter
  • Last 2 Years 1099s

If Applicable:

  • Copy of Mortgage Note/Agreement for Sub 2nd
