Twenty-seven Garden State ZIP codes were ranked among the 99 hottest real estate markets in the nation, according to Realtor.com.

Parts of Bloomingdale (ZIP code: 07403) in Passaic County made up Jersey’s hottest housing market in February — and ranked third in the nation. ZIP codes in Middletown (07748) in Monmouth County and Oak Ridge (07438) in Passaic County, followed at No. 6 and No. 11, respectively.
