Landmark has opened leasing for a new 85-unit apartment building at Centurion Union Center in Union County.

The five-story building at 968 Bonnel Court in Union Township offers one- and two-bedroom apartments starting at $2,395 per month.

Residents can begin moving in during December, according to a statement from Landmark.

The building includes three residential floors above a two-story parking garage with 105 ground-floor spaces available for public use.

Centurion Union Center features 182 residences and 10 retail spaces totaling nearly 15,000 square feet across completed phases.

The full development will include more than 320 residences and approximately 27,000 square feet of retail space across five buildings.

Designed by Commito Associates, apartments include wood-style plank flooring, walk-in closets, in-unit washers and dryers. Apartments also have open kitchens with gas ranges and quartz countertops. Bathrooms feature glass-enclosed showers and porcelain tile. Building amenities include a fitness center, resident lounge with billiards, children’s playroom, and rooftop terrace.

The building also has a lobby coffee hub, concierge service, and package room.
