Each month the Fair Share Housing Center compiles rental and for-sale affordable housing opportunities from around New Jersey that are a direct result of its enforcement of the Mount Laurel Doctrine.

Rentals

Located in Morris County, this property has 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom unit apartments for very-low, low-, and moderate-income households. Apply by July 17 to be included in the next lottery. 

Avalon Wayne, Wayne
Located in Passaic County, this property has 2- and 3-bedroom units available for very-low, low-, and moderate-income households. Apply by July 29 to be included in the next lottery. 

Riverfront at Cranford Station, Cranford
Located in Union County, this development has 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom unit apartments available for low- and moderate-income households. Apply by Aug. 18 to be included in the next lottery.

Sunrise Village, Woodbridge
Located in Middlesex County, this property has 1- and 2-bedroom units available for very-low, low-, and moderate-income households. Apply by Aug. 21 to be included in the next lottery.

Birdwood at Tarditi Commons, Haddonfield
Located in Camden County, this age-restricted property has a 1-bedroom unit available for income qualified households.

Saddle River Estates, Saddle River
Located in Bergen County, this 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath condominium is for sale at $181,664. Apply for July 14.

The Villages at Moorestown, Moorestown
Located in Burlington County, this development has 2- and 3-bedroom condominiums for very-low, low-, and moderate-income households ranging from $57,000-$194,000. Join the waiting list by Aug. 18 to be included in the next lottery.
